HV VF Anti-interference Dielectric Loss Tester (HV9003)
Darui Electric recommends:
HV VF Anti-interference Dielectric Loss Tester (HV9003)Alias:
Anti-interference Automatic Dielectric Loss Tester, Dielectric Loss Tester, Anti-interference Dielectric Loss Tester, Automatic Dielectric Loss Tester, Variable Frequency Dielectric Loss Tester, Variable Frequency Dielectric Loss Tester, Anti-interference Dielectric Loss Tester, Automatic Dielectric Loss Tester
HV VF Anti-interference Dielectric Loss Tester (HV9003)Features:
1. Excellent repeatability: basic D/L error <0.0005, outstanding data repeatability.
2. Multiple measurement modes: normal/reverse, int/ext std cap, CVT (built-in supply), int/ext test voltage. C1/C2 simultaneous.
3. High voltage short circuit and sudden power failure protection: the instrument quickly cuts off high voltage and issues a warning.
4. High voltage output socket: recessed design, no exposed parts, safe and reliable.
5. HV insulated wire: The insulation of the high-voltage wire not only concerns safety, but its ground leakage directly affects the accuracy of reverse connection testing. The instrument HV output wire is specially made with special materials and can be used directly on the ground. At 10KV output, there is no ground discharge, no leakage, and no sound.
6. Large screen Chinese prompted operation, RS232 microcomputer interface. Built-in printer for timely test data printing.
7. Shock-resistant design: unique anti-vibration design, resistant to shock without damage.
8. Portable design: The instrument volume is about 70% of similar products, making it very convenient to carry.
HV VF Anti-interference Dielectric Loss Tester (HV9003) Precautions:
1. Use only on de-energized equipment; other equipment may remain energized.
2. Built-in booster: ensure HV lead insulation and personnel safety.
3. Instrument must be reliably grounded.
4. Check equipment insulation before testing.
5. Confirm withstand voltage, select correct boost range to prevent equipment damage.
6. Keep dedicated HV cables away from personnel during testing.
7. Input voltage: AC220V±10%, exceeding the range may affect measurement accuracy; maximum input voltage is AC264V, exceeding this value may cause permanent damage, not covered by warranty.
8. If printer jams, remove paper roll, rewind tightly, reinstall.
9. Protect from moisture and strong vibration.
10. Ground generator output neutral, otherwise ground error alert.
