Dielectric loss and constant are key for ceramic materials like electrical porcelain, capacitor ceramics, a key physical property of composites, etc. By measuring tanδ and ε, understand factors affecting D/L and dielectric constant.to improve material performance.
Overview
Uses HF resonance method, MCU controlled, digital frequency lock, auto Q ranging. Measures Q, inductance, capacitance, HF D/L, impedance.
