High-Voltage Circuit Breakers (Vacuum/SF6/Oil) Standard GB 50150
The conductive circuit resistance value shall comply with the product technical specifications and shall not exceed 1.2 times the factory value. Significance: If the resistance exceeds the limit, it indicates contact erosion, insufficient spring pressure, or loose connection bolts, which may cause overheating and fusion during operation, leading to refusal to operate or explosion. Disconnector: Characteristics: Disconnector contacts are exposed and prone to oxidation. Criterion: Typically required to be ≤1.5 times the factory value (refer to specific manufacturer standards), and the three-phase imbalance rate shall meet requirements. GIS Composite Apparatus: Difficulty: Long circuits with many joints. Requirement: Must use high current testing above 200A to ensure every concealed contact point meets standards.
