Dielectric Loss Tester
Darui Electric recommends:
The Variable Frequency Anti-Interference Dielectric Loss Tester is used in power plants and substations for high-precision automatic measurement of dielectric loss tangent and capacitance of various high-voltage power equipment. The main power is generated by an internal inverter, boosted by a transformer for testing.

Features
1. For instrument fault analysis.
2. Strong anti-interference, stable at 500KV+ substations. Single and 45/55Hz dual frequency testing.
3. Gradual voltage ramp up/down prevents capacitive rise effect, protecting test object and instrument.
4. Overcurrent/overload protection instantly cuts test power for safety.
5. Test cables made of silicone rubber and special insulation, flexible, ground-drag usable at 10KV.
6. Electronic calendar and large storage, 100 data sets.
7. RS232 interface for data upload to computer.
Usage Precautions
1. Use only on de-energized equipment; other equipment may remain energized.
2. Built-in booster: ensure HV lead insulation and personnel safety.
3. Instrument must be reliably grounded.
4. Check equipment insulation before testing.
5. Confirm withstand voltage, select correct boost range.
6. Keep HV cables away from personnel during testing.
7. Input voltage: AC220V±10%. Operation outside this range may affect test accuracy. Max input: AC264V. Exceeding this causes permanent damage not covered by warranty.
8. If printer jams, remove paper roll, rewind tightly, reinstall.
9. Protect from moisture and strong vibration.
10. Ground generator output neutral, otherwise ground error alert.
