Heterodyne Anti-interference Dielectric Loss Tester
Darui Electric recommends: Heterodyne automatic dielectric loss tester used in power plantsfor field or laboratory use in power plants and substations to perform high-precision testing of dielectric loss tangent and capacitance of various high-voltage power equipment. The integrated structure has built-in dielectric loss bridge, variable frequency regulated power supply, step-up transformer and SF6 high-stability standard capacitor. The test high-voltage source is generated by an internal inverter and boosted by a transformer. Frequency options: 45Hz/55Hz, 55Hz/65Hz. Digital notch filtering eliminates power frequency interference. Also suitable for generator-powered testing after power outage. Can be used with oil cup accessory for insulating oil dielectric loss testing.

Working Principle:
After startup, the high-voltage setpoint is sent to the variable frequency power supply. The PID algorithm gradually adjusts the output to the setpoint. The measurement circuit feeds back the actual high voltage for fine adjustment. Based on direct/reverse wiring mode, input and range are automatically selected. Fourier transform filtering removes interference, separates the fundamental wave, and performs vector calculation on standard current and test current, calculating capacitance from amplitude and tgδ from phase angle. After multiple measurements, values are sorted and the median is taken as the result. Upon completion, the circuit instruction gradually reduces the voltage to zero.
