PCD-5000 Ultrasonic Partial Discharge Detector Product Overview
PCD-5000 Digital Partial Discharge Detector is a specialized instrument for measuring and analyzing the insulation performance of power equipment and locating partial discharge sources. This system adopts modern electronic and computer integrated technology to achieve signal amplification (analog, electronic, digital), filtering, data acquisition, data processing, graphical display, and automatic generation of test reports, thereby completing the measurement, analysis, and location of partial discharges.
This instrument is portable, fast in measurement, strong in anti-interference ability, and convenient for field use. Its configured software mainly includes two parts: partial discharge inspection and partial discharge location. The software configured for partial discharge inspection has functions such as time-domain graphics, 2D, 3D statistical maps, alarm history, historical maximum, pulse counting, etc. In addition, it can also analyze a certain phase waveform in detail, arbitrarily enlarge and shrink the window, perform spectrum analysis on the data segment, analyze the spectrum content of the discharge waveform, making the discharge waveforms more comparable, comprehensively statistically analyze the test data, reduce the impact of unstable factors on the test results, automatically or manually record and save test data and transient discharge waveforms, providing reference for later data analysis. The software configured for partial discharge location accurately locates the partial discharge source through the time difference between electrical and acoustic signals, helping to detect fault hazards in time and improve the effectiveness of partial discharge activity measurement.
