5000V Insulation Resistance Tester
Darui Electric recommends:
Precautions:
1. The instrument should be placed in a ventilated, dry location.
2. Since the instrument is internally battery-powered, turn off the power when not in use to reduce battery power consumption.
3. When the display becomes unclear or the upper-right corner flashes, it indicates low battery voltage and the instrument should be charged promptly. Charging time: 5 hours.
4. When the instrument is not used for extended periods, charge it periodically to prevent battery failure.
5. During charging, the charging indicator is red; when it turns green, charging is complete and the charger should be unplugged promptly. Do not charge for more than 4 hours.
6. Normal battery operating time: 3+ hours. Normal service life: no more than 2 years. Six-month warranty.
7. Excluding the battery, the instrument comes with a 3-year free warranty and free software upgrades.
The QK5000V / 5kV Insulation Resistance Tester, also known as an insulation resistance measuring instrument or digital HV megohmmeter, features a sampling circuit using a galvanometer comparison method combined with high-performance digital components and a more scientific algorithm. Measurement results remain accurate even when test voltage fluctuates. The high-voltage power supply section uses a modular design with high output current and stable output voltage. The instrument is microcomputer-controlled with a user-friendly interface, featuring low-voltage warning and overvoltage protection, and automatic test time display. The built-in lithium battery provides great convenience for operators, making it an ideal choice among similar instruments.
