Overview
Per the new "Power Equipment Handover and Preventive Test Regulations," switchgear conductive circuit resistance measurementrequires a test current of no less than 100A. We have developed a new generation intelligent loop resistance tester per the new regulations, suitable for testing HV/LV switch main contact resistance and HV/LV cable line DC resistance. The JD-100 A intelligent loop resistance tester uses 100A constant current output with a maximum voltage of 10V (2-3 times conventional instruments), allowing thinner test leads that significantly reduce field labor. The entire test process is MCU-controlled with automatic execution, high precision, good repeatability, single-button operation, LCD display, and result printing. Suitable for various working environments.

II. Working Principle
Built-in 100A switching power supply enables constant 100A dual-loop real-time tracking and testing, ensuring accurate results.
Operating Procedure
1. Connect per 4-terminal method.
2. Power on.
Press measure/print. If current <100A, fine-tune via current adjustment.
After measurement, save data. Press measure/print for 3s to print.
5. Power off after measurement.
6. Handle test clamps with care.
