The variable frequency anti-interference dielectric loss tester is a high-precision instrument used for fully automatic on-site measurement of dielectric loss tangent and capacitance of various high-voltage power equipment in power plants and substations. The main power is generated by the inverter inside the instrument, boosted by a transformer for testing the specimen. The main power frequency is 45Hz and 55Hz, avoiding the interference of power frequency electric field on the specimen, fundamentally solving the problem of accurate measurement under strong electric field interference.
Performance Features
◆ Multiple measurement modes: positive/reverse connection, internal/external standard capacitor, CVT measurement (no external booster required, built-in power supply), internal/external test voltage. C1/C2 can be measured simultaneously. ◆ High measurement accuracy and good repeatability: The instrument has high test accuracy, with a basic error of dielectric loss measurement less than 0.0005 and excellent repeatability of test data.
◆ In case of high-voltage short circuit or sudden power failure, the instrument can quickly cut off the high voltage and issue a warning message.
◆ High-voltage output socket with no exposed parts, safe and reliable.
◆ High-voltage insulated wire: The insulation level of the high-voltage wire not only involves safety but also affects the accuracy of reverse connection test due to its leakage to ground. The high-voltage output wire of this instrument is specially made of special materials and can be used directly on the ground. At 10KV output, there is no discharge, no leakage, and no sound to ground.
◆ Large screen Chinese prompt operation, RS232 computer interface. The instrument comes with a built-in printer for timely printing of test data.
◆ Anti-vibration performance: The instrument adopts a unique anti-vibration design, resistant to vibration and not easily damaged.
◆ Easy to carry: The volume of this instrument is about 70% of similar products, making it very convenient to carry.
Precautions
1. The grounding terminal of the instrument must be reliably grounded during use.
2. Only when the instrument power is turned off and the test voltage selection switch is set to the "Off" position, it is considered safe to contact the rear of the instrument and its measurement cables with the test specimen.
3. During measurement, it is strictly forbidden to operate the "Test Voltage" selection switch.
4. In positive connection method, the UH terminal is high voltage; in reverse connection method, the IX terminal is high voltage. During use, the high-voltage cable must be kept at a sufficient distance from the ground according to the actual situation.
5. Do not replace the fuse with one that does not match the panel indication (one internal fuse is 0.5A).
6. Use the cables provided by the manufacturer as much as possible to ensure measurement accuracy.
