The fully automatic anti-interference Dielectric Loss Tester is an innovative intelligent instrument for measuring dielectric loss tangent (tgδ) and capacitance (Cx). It can perform on-site measurement of tgδ and Cx for various insulation materials, bushings, power cables, capacitors, CT/PT, transformers, and other HV equipment under power frequency HV. The instrument features an integrated structure with built-in standard capacitor and boost power supply, compact size, lightweight, and portability. It offers simple operation, automatic measurement, direct reading without conversion, high accuracy, and strong anti-interference capability. It can also be used with external power supply and various high-voltage standard capacitors for HV dielectric loss measurement.
Main Features
1. Simple wiring (2 wires for normal connection, 1 for reverse), all cables shielded and ground-drag usable. Auto voltage ramp-up/down, fully automatic measurement, direct reading, no conversion needed.
2. Multiple modes: normal/reverse wiring, internal/external standard capacitor, internal/external test voltage.

3. Anti-vibration: withstands strong vibration and bumps during long-distance transport without damage.
4. Strong anti-interference: automatic tracking interference compensation circuit combining vector calculation and phase shift method, effectively eliminating strong electric field interference, suitable for 500kV and below substation field testing.
5. CVT: unique self-excitation method for CVT measurement, no external equipment needed. Single wiring (3 cables, no switching), one measurement process (~1 min), two final results (C1 and C2 dielectric loss and capacitance). Real-time Chinese display monitoring self-excitation current and test voltage (HV). Eliminates lead wire influence, results accurate and reliable.
6. Safety Measures
(1) HV protection: rapid HV output cut-off on test object short circuit, breakdown or current fluctuation.
(2) CVT protection: set self-excitation voltage overcurrent point, instrument auto-exits measurement without damage.
(3) Ground detection: cannot boost measurement without proper grounding.
(4) Anti-misoperation: detects common wiring errors, safety alarm.
(5) Anti-capacitive rise: auto tracks output voltage for large-capacity test objects, maintaining constant test voltage.
7. VFD Display: large-screen VFD dot-matrix display, clearly visible in severe winter and hot summer. Full Chinese menu with operation prompts and warning messages, intuitive and clear, no manual needed.
8. Built-in micro printer for Chinese printout of measurement results and status.
9. RS232 interface for computer connection enabling data statistics, processing and storage.
