40A Transformer DC Resistance Tester (Repair Qualified)
MfrProduct Introduction:

DC resistance tester, also known as DC resistance measuring instrument, DC resistance meter, transformer DC resistance tester, DC resistance detector, DC digital bridge, etc.
Overview: DC resistance testing is an essential test item after transformer handover, overhaul, and tap changer adjustment. Conventionally, measuring DC resistance of transformer windings and high-power inductive equipment using traditional methods (bridge and voltage drop methods) is time-consuming and labor-intensive. To address this, reduce measurement time, and ease operator workload, the DC resistance rapid tester was developed. Using a high-speed microcontroller as the core, with built-in rechargeable batteries and charging circuits, it employs high-speed A/D converters and programmable current source technology to achieve excellent measurement results with high automation. Features include high precision, wide measurement range, stable data, good repeatability, strong anti-interference capability, and comprehensive protection. Fast charge/discharge speed. The instrument is compact, lightweight, and portable. It features rapid measurement, easy operation, and high measurement accuracy. Self-check and auto-calibration functions reduce the difficulty of instrument use and maintenance, making it an ideal device for measuring DC resistance of transformer windings and high-power inductive equipment.
The DC resistance tester offers measurement currents of 1A, 3A, 5A, 10A, 20A, 30A and other ranges. The instrument consists of a constant current power supply and voltage signal detection unit with a 5-digit LCD display. Adjustable output current makes it suitable for DC resistance measurement of various small and medium transformers.
