 The Transformer Volt-Ampere Characteristic Comprehensive Tester is a fully automated PT and CT characteristic testing instrument using indirect method. The tests that can be performed include: CT volt-ampere characteristic test (1A, 5A), PT volt-ampere characteristic test, CT polarity test, PT polarity test, CT dynamic stability and short-time thermal current, CT ratio polarity test and PT ratio polarity test, automatic calculation of CT arbitrary point error curve, CT/PT ratio error and other result parameters.

Characteristics of Transformer Volt-Ampere Characteristic Tester

1. Safe and convenient operation, fully microcomputerized device, built-in imported high-performance CPU, high reliability. After setting the test value according to the interface prompts, no manual contact with the tested equipment is required. The instrument automatically completes the test, keeping test personnel away from high-voltage circuits and ensuring their personal safety. 2. Large output capacity, the maximum output voltage for volt-ampere characteristic test is up to 1000V, the maximum current for ratio test is up to 600A, and the output capacity of the instrument is 5KVA.

3. Optional accessories include external booster, external current booster, external voltage regulator. The maximum voltage of the external booster can be increased to 2000V, 3A; the external current booster can be increased to 1000A; the maximum output of the external voltage regulator can reach 1500V, 20A. When using an external booster, the volt-ampere characteristic test of 500KV level 1A current transformer can be performed.

4. Large screen 320*240 dot matrix Chinese character graphic interface. After the test is completed, the volt-ampere characteristic curve can be directly displayed. The graph is clear, beautiful, and easy to analyze. Built-in micro printer can print curves and test results at any time.

5. The instrument uses a rotary mouse as the input device, which is convenient and simple to operate and has a long service life.

6. The instrument has built-in Flash memory. Data is not lost after power-off. After field tests, test results can be viewed and printed indoors.

7. The instrument is equipped with an RS232 communication interface. It can be connected to a computer via a serial cable to achieve communication between the PC and the instrument. Test personnel can use the computer to control the instrument for testing or upload test data from the instrument. The PC application program provided with the instrument has powerful functions, beautiful appearance, and simple operation. It can save and print test results and export test data to EXCEL format for editing.
