The Cable Safety Piercer is a safe remote-controlled piercing device for identified cables before sawing. It uses non-contact control (remote/timed) for piercing, completely solving the personal safety issues of manual cable piercing.
The Cable Piercing Tool consists of two main parts — the firing device and the controller. The firing device is a low-speed piston-type mechanism specifically designed for cable piercing, with a rational and lightweight structure that allows easy installation at any angle. The controller uses advanced electronic detection circuits, integrating voice prompts with synchronized LCD display for human-machine interaction with simple, error-free operation. The device uses both remote control and timer modes so personnel do not directly contact the device during firing, ensuring safety.
