The Intelligent Digital Insulation Resistance Tester adopts an embedded industrial MCU real-time operating system, perfectly combining digital/analog pointer and digital segment display. This series features multiple voltage output levels (250V, 500V, 1000V, 2500V, 5000V, 10000V), high capacity, strong anti-interference capability, synchronized analog pointer and digital display, dual AC/DC power supply, simple operation, automatic calculation of various insulation indicators (absorption ratio, polarization index), and power-loss protection for all measurement results. It is an ideal instrument for measuring the insulation resistance of large-capacity transformers, instrument transformers, generators, HV motors, power capacitors, power cables, and lightning arresters.
Product Features
1. Multiple voltage output options (250V/500V/2500V/5000V), (5000V/10000V), with measurement resistance range up to 0~400GΩ.
2. Dual-mode synchronous display of insulation resistance values. The analog pointer allows easy observation of insulation resistance variation range, while the digital display provides precise measurement results.
3. Adopts embedded industrial MCU and real-time operating software system. High automation and strong anti-interference capability. The instrument automatically calculates absorption ratio and polarization index without manual intervention.
4. User-friendly interface with power-loss protection for measurement results. Can continuously store up to 19 measurement records.
5. When the instrument generates high voltage, an audible alert sounds with corresponding display indication.
6. Built-in residual high-voltage discharge circuit automatically discharges residual high voltage from the tested equipment after measurement.
7. Dual AC/DC power supply, equipped with rechargeable batteries and AC adapter.
8. Portable design for convenient field operation.
